Mari I. Rivera is a licensed Public Adjuster, entrepreneur, and founder of Ladder & Heels Adjusting LLC, a firm specializing in representing homeowners and business owners in property insurance claims.
With more than six years of experience in the insurance industry, she has successfully represented policyholders in both residential and commercial property claims involving covered losses. Her unwavering commitment to ethics, professionalism, and policyholder advocacy has earned her a reputation as a highly respected professional within the industry.
Mari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as two Associate degrees in Medical Assisting and Medical Billing & Coding. She is a member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). She also serves on FAPIA’s Public Relations Committee and was selected as a FAPIA Legislative Ambassador, actively contributing to initiatives that strengthen the public adjusting profession and enhance consumer protection throughout Florida.
In addition to her insurance career, Mari serves as Director of Trustees for the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, where she works to strengthen business relationships, foster economic growth within the business community, and promote Hispanic leadership.
